What is the best way to clean my laptop screen?

Windex and newspaper (doesn't leave streaks) always worked for me.

If you're a smoker or there's residue on it, you might want to use Isopropyl alcohol and a rag instead. (I think rubbing alcohol can leech the ink out of newspaper and deposit it on your screen.

I always just used a paper towel covered in water, followed by a dry one.
