It gave him some help, but it did somewhat avert what he wanted in the first place. For the tribemembers to use it as a tool.

It will be there for as long as you maintain the spear's levitation... which costs you power each season by the way. Any ongoing effect does.

If I where to create a disease or a species would they cost power to maintain? Would just the first parts of it cost power to maintain? IE two werewolves cost power, they have children, the children don't cost power.

I plan on moving my tribe closer to you Kaguro. The spear can be moved, All it will take is me speaking to a tribe member and having them carry it. But now, lets RP it.
