White tokens cannot do anything except migrate to another territory or do nothing. White tokens represent segments of the population which are not entire established yet. Their free time is taken up building shelters, expanding the village, and hunting for food.

Well I have a plan then for 5 turns after my house of healing is done. Shrine, pray once, lifestyle. After that it will take some more thinking. Does more black tiles working on something increase the speed of it? I would assume so, but in some games useing two 'workers' to do the same thing just wastes one worker

Yes, each token will contribute one season worth of construction. This is balanced by the fact that if you try to pile too many tokens on, you will damage the territory's environment or risk starvation.

So basicly, something that takes four seasons will take two with two black tiles working on it?
