So, Forsaken, can we continue to do things in the physical world until you tell us that we are too exhausted, as you have told Blastoise?

Any of you can attempt to continue acting in the physical world using divine power, or even physically manifest in the world and act. The flavor text I give is an indication of how much effort goes into something because I don't want to just say "This cost you 10 mana" or whatever. If you attempt something and aren't strong enough, I will tell you so and tell you the results, partial or otherwise.

Yes. Manifesting involves crossing the Veil, which does take some effort. Manifesting a body is pretty minimal but it does cost.
