Why not just press "preview", find all your errors, then fix them manually?
That's what I do.

Also, epic update is epic!

It's not an update, it's a reason for Jamie's (My) Character to exist. at first she was supposed to have two mechanical legs, but I decided to give her a bionic arm, too.

Okay I've got some definite sorting out to do. when I do another topic like this, I'll have to seriously remodel the way I do things.

right now we've got a ragtag group of heros that will sloly make there way to their objective. after the next update, I will explain a rough outline of my definite plot.

Friend will be a daemon, an intangible being that whispers advice to humankind, but he's found power in the (Insert cool name here) bugs that secrete Ichor, which is basically an extremely consentrated, liquid form of magic.

upon reaching the end of their road trip, our group will be overpowered and taken by surprise by the power Friend has. they will be forced to retreat for the time being and regroup, eventually deciding to gain power somehow through an epic quest.

they will then return to where Friend is and... something will happen.

Anyway, I seemed to have misplaced my elements sheet. I'll draw up a new one soon.

I think that I might be posting too many times in a row on my own thread...

Well the next update is nearly finished. after editing it should be done tomorrow, but there's a catch.

I had so much trouble visuallizing a fullblown train robbery that I decided to settle on a simpler crime of two men just sweeping the carts for people's money. sorry. I just couldn't figure it out. the upside is the shortened time it'll take for me to complete it, and it's still a goo 2000 words long as it is in its unfinished state.

anyway. since it's almost done I'd like to remind everyone that interviews will be starting as soon as the update is posted. interviews (for my convinience) should be posted with the name of who it is being said to.

Example: >Aeta
Faelyn
 to Aeta and Faelyn,
Etc.

Yessss... Another update soon and the interviews!
We really need to find a name for those (Insert cool name here) bugs.
My suggestion would be Vita Bugs simpily for the whole healing thing they have. And my shakey(?!) grasp of latin of course!

aw man, that too bad,

anyone else think of paranormal activity when they think of the Eldridge character?
in the mean time we should list other obstacles that get in their way in the future.

sorry guys, but I'm at a friends house right now and it looks like the second chapter won't get done quite yet. soon though. I could've just slapped something together then post it, but I want this to be the best it can be.

yeah, but I keep changing the date. writer's block has me with nothing to do while I squeeze a sentence or two out at a time...

I will get this done. this I swear.

of course it would help if I didn't come down here to surf the net all the time.

It took forever, but I did manage to power through my writer's block. all that's left now is the exiting scene of the train.

okay guys, next chapter is going to mostly be character building, and finding out what the mission actually is. so if you have a suggestion as to the character building, post.

And don't forget about interviews.

Real nice writing! ^_^

The thing about humans not seeing things they don't expect is bugging me with it's unrealism thou. Maybe you should edit it to some kind of explicit magic effect of some kind, because human brains factually don't work like that.
actually yes it does. I read once about this bank robber that took hostages and managed to get them on his side becuase they didn't want to accept that their lives were in danger.
That's extremely rare, and there are a bunch of other reasons I can't even be bothered listing. It just wouldn't work, and even if it did it's not somehting you'd want to rely on. Hell, there are even people who WOULD expect somehting like that in our world where it isn't true, and one of them might have a camera.
