You strike at Dwarf 2 with your war axe, [1+1] but he jumps away!
[1+1] Dwarf 2 mirrors your strike perfectly, and you dodge like he did!

[1] Urist is still suffering from blood loss.

[4+2] You spin your halberd, [4+1+1] Cutting a wedge out of Dwarf 2's neck!
[4+1-3] Dwarf 2 flails with his axe, but you dodge his dying spasms!

Dwarf 2 has died.
SeriousConcentrate:
[3] You send Dwarf 1 flying with your hammer, [6+2-1] he slams into a weapon rack, and is impaled!
Dwarf 1 is dead.
kilakan:
Both dwarves are already dead, and you don't have the old spear anyway, but you spin your new spear and feel like you did something.
Tarran:
You watch Kilakan spin her spear, and try to spin your hammer in a similar way.
[2] It doesn't go so well, and you feel a little foolish.

KaguroDraven:
[5] You remove the bolt without a problem, and feel like you could stand again.
Rikishak is able to stand, [1] and is still experiencing blood loss.
HighEndNoob:
You spin and fire on the pursuing goblins, [6+1] [3+1+1] nailing Goblin 1 in the chest!
[6-1] Goblin 1 fires on you, [6] but you block with you shield!
[3-1] Goblin 2 also fires, but his bolt goes wide!

Goblin 1 is having trouble breathing.

Look for a lamp, torch, etc so I don't have to stumble around in the dark whenever I go through unlit areas.

Sorry, lost track and thought we where fighting the goblins too.

Take the bolt as a throwing weapon for later, and continue my search for usuable armor

Searching the room you find several small copper armors on armor stands, several axes, war axes, and crossbows, all copper as well, and some cloths made of what appears to be rope reed fibres.
There are also the table and chairs, which are dwarf-sized.

Krath:
You sit on a chair, resting.
[4+1] Urist is less effected by his blood loss.
HighEndNoob:
[6+1] Your second bolt flies straight, imbedding itself in Goblin 1's [5+1+1] neck!
[5+1-1] Goblin 1 fires through the pain, [4] but your shield blocks it!
[5+1-1] Goblin 2 also fires, [2] [1] and the bolt pierces your left shoulder!

Goblin1 will bleed out in two turns. Hamal is impared by the bolt (-1 to shield use).
Tarran:
There are several long-burning torches in the room, [6] and they snap off easily.
Tarran auto-succeeds movement rolls when travelling to an area he has been before. Other movement rolls have +2.
KaguroDraven:
You replace your armor easily, and stick the bolt in a convienient pocket/strap thingy.
Rikishak has armor, [6] and is no longer affected by blood loss.
SeriousConcentrate:
Not finding any weapons worth taking, you tear a strip of cloth and fashion an eyepatch. It stops the leaking, at least.
kilakan:
You try to convince Urist to let you set his leg.
[5] He agrees, [2] but as you move the leg into position, you twist it wrong and he shuffles away in pain muttering about elves.
