Starting monday I'll be gone for three weeks. Could you put Jacen on GM or something?

HighEndNoob:
You head west, with your prisoner and Gump.
You come to a large room, filled with tables and chairs. There are several dwarf corpses, and paths to the north and south.
There is a dwarf in the center of the room.

quip:
You follow Hamal west, and find yourself in what looks like a dining hall.
There are armor and weapon racks along the walls, and halls open to the north and south.
There is a dwarf surrounded by dwarf corpses sitting at one of the tables.

BlastoiseWarlorf:
You cross the path ahead, sweating from the heat rising from the magma sea below.
You find yourself on another island, with more paths ahead and to your right (west and north).
There are also two large platforms and some machinery. Guarding them are two beakdogs, with dwarven riders.
One of the riders is in leather, the other looks to have iron armor.

IronyOwl:
You help Tolyk to her feet.
It seems like Jacen and Rockman have finished off that last goblin, so you inspect the room.
Like the rest of the citadel, this room's floor, walls, and ceiling are composed entirely of obsidian. Torches are set onto the walls, and a large lamp hangs above your head. Other than the goblin corpses, there are [2] several tables and little else of interest.
Behind you is the door you entered from. Ahead is a large copper door, obviously designed to need more than one person to open.

TolyK:
The elf helps you up, your head swimming.
After your vision clears, you notice there are no enemies left.

Megaman and JacenHanLovesLegos:
The two of you surround the lone, unarmed goblin.
[6-2] [5+1] He is filled with bolts, [1+2] [3+1] struck in the chest, gut, and back!
[5] You then proceed to FINISH HIM.

Gobbo 5 has been finished.

Help get that door open. Also inspect it for any clues, markings, etc. Forget that, go grab that artifact bow and get back here!

...how far away am I from that artifact bow again? Could I run back, snag it, and be back before they've gotten the door open?

HighEndNoob:
You accuse the dwarf of murder.
[3] "Murder accusations? Really? In a
Goblin citadel? Perish the thought!"
He stands up, and grabs an ornate halberd from under the table.
"Why really, this is Festerguts. Murder attempts are like handshakes."
He starts navigating his way through the toppled chairs and pools of coagulated blood.
"Also, I have it on good information that you've been doing some good amount of murdering of your own. Pot calling the kettle black and all that, eh?"

quip:
As the dwarf approaches, you notice how HUGE he is. He's easily a head taller than you, and comes up to Hamal's shoulders, almost as tall as a human.
You back away slightly, and observe the prisoner. He looks less frightened now, almost calm. He must know the dwarf.

BlastoiseWarlorf:
The riders notice you, and charge!
As the armored one approaches, you swing your hammer! [5+1] [6+1+1] You strike the rider, dislodging him from his mount!
The beakdog is unfazed, and [4] takes a chunk [5] out of your left shoulder with its powerful jaws!
The other rider has dismounted, and kneels over the first dwarf while his mound swiftly approaches!

Urist is bleeding. Rider 2 is bleeding, unconscious.

IronyOwl:
You remember that shiny bow in the other room, and go to retrieve it.
As soon as you pick it up, you are filled with a sense of power. The fine weapon glows blue-gold, and as you pull back an arrow materializes between your fingers. Yes, you think you'll be keeping this.

You head back to the others, and see that they've opened the door.

Megaman and JacenHanLovesLegos:
You each approach the door, and [6] [5] give it a good, swift kick.
[6] The door smashes off its hinges, crumpling and sliding a good six meters before coming to a stop.
You glare at each other. Obviously it was YOUR kick that did it, not THEIRS.

TolyK:
While the others do their thing, you search for battle spoils.
[1] As you pick through the corpses, it becomes clear that these goblins are DIRT POOR. Even their underarmor is inferior to yours, and you were a prisoner.
