After a fight we've already seen the results to but haven't gone into detail about and probably never will, Sven tries to get his bearings straight. To put it bluntly, he's going up a creek with no boat or paddle.
Using his sudden expertise on boats, Gregory makes his way to deeper waters, and eventually reaches Oregon. Along the way he fights 154 sharks yielding a total of 214600 experience, which is ridiculous. Gregory achieves level 78, giving him 15 traits, 7 stats to distribute, and two class upgrades.

William manages to calm down

and successfully avoids inhaling his own chemicals again for all time. William sets his sights on Oregon for no particular reason, and maybe stopping by Yellowstone National Park might be fun in this horror show.

William just barely makes it within a day, but doesn't feel any better at flying.
Trait gained: Fumes Immunity: no drug or chemical can shake this guy's brain! Stays sane when inhaling chemicals, or taking drugs
After some conversations which haven't taken place everyone exchanges phone numbers. Eventually some barely insane chemist arrives, and picks everyone up. They head to Yellowstone for no particular reason. Averill checks on his girlfriend to find that she is perfectly fine. It's almost as though this entire end of the world business isn't phasing her at all. What is she, some sort of faceless NPC?
About UOW... Yeah, I rolled 1 random integer between 50 and 200 to see how many enemies he'd face. Each shark was worth 1400 experience. In long travels I feel like skipping, that is what I'll be doing. Unless I feel like making the min/max larger. You can also give grind orders, in which you go to, say,
generic mountain a to fight enemies or whatever. I may or may not place a level cap.
