Meh, more junk for me to deal with. I've been using Ephraim in Undeath Knight as a sort of way to experiment handling more than one story at a time, it isn't that difficult, so here we are.
This is multiplayer, I'll list the available characters and used characters in separate tabs.
Tales of the end of the world have been commonplace for who knows how long. Nobody thought anything of it, but then a tsunami of unprecedented size struck South America. It wiped out the entire continent, and flooded parts of northern America. Nobody knows why this is happening, but tales of a way to survive this chaos being somewhere in Asia have spread throughout the internet.
Several men and women of varying circumstances and abilities prepare for the long journey to Asia.
Name: self explanatory
Age: self explanatory, nothing above 38 will be accepted
Gender: determined by which archetype you choose
Archetype: self explanatory, include the preset story
Extra story: if you want to add a personal history, then add that here
Appearance: what's your character look like
Starting position: where is your character, you can't pick Asia
Skills: starting skills of archetype, a full list will be edited in when I feel like adding it
Inventory: you only get your character's starting items, everything else is picked up as you go along
Skills can range from -5 to 10. All unlisted skills start at -5 unless stated otherwise. The more levels that are needed to get a skill to 10, the better that skill will be overall. All characters require a related tool and book to practice any unlisted skills, unless said otherwise.
The ambitious teen is a special case. He starts with a specially lowered amount of proficiency, and has a maximum proficiency of 20. Unlike with other characters, once he gets his laptop he can start practicing any skill immediately. He is also the only character that can get the mechanic skill.
Characters can gain levels. Every five levels you will gain one trait. Every ten levels you will gain special stats. Each character's class will be upgraded every 30 levels. Levels are gained with experience, which you'll be awarded for defeating enemies(to be introduced), or clearing an event. Characters can and will meet, once they do you both can exchange phone numbers and call each other. In doing so, you can share experience.
As you level, you can also do more each turn.
Classes: The goal of upgrading your class is to become the patron spirit. After becoming the patron spirit your class is upgraded by completing goals which I'll PM you about once you reach that point. After the second upgrade you're set on that branch permanently, so class upgrades are automatic from level 90 onward.
Class traits: As you progress through your class tree you'll earn a trait that upgrades with your class. No points can be added to this trait. The amount of stats the trait gives doubles with each upgrade it receives. You get your first class trait on the second upgrade.
Character traits: At levels 100 and 150 you get two traits that can't be improved upon. They're all good, and remain constantly active in fights.
You'll get weapons. I'm stealing the Homestuck idea of having a specibus, so you have to apply your weapon to a strife specibus. No this will not turn into Sburb. One weapon type consumes one specibus slot, so try not to do something stupid. You start with a base specibus, and a starter's specibus. A base specibus doesn't count toward the grand total specibus slots. The starter's specibus does count toward the total.
Inventory works like a sylladex, only simpler. By leveling up you'll gain more inventory space and specibus slots. You'll gain 9 extra specibus slots, for a grand total of 10. UOW can use any weapon, and has a grand total of 15 specibus slots.
Ambitious Teen

The company he worked for had recently fired him, he was on his way to his final day of work when the city was flooded. The flood took the company building down, and he is currently standing in the flooded streets looking upon the destruction. The pressure finally taken away from him, he can hear himself think, and laughs at his own actions. He breaks into a nearby store, and grabs a few things which he stuffs into his briefcase, and a duffle bag he also took from the store.

Working Mother
A woman who took priority in keeping her family afloat. She was at work when the disaster claimed her family. She only found out after a news helicopter caught the destruction on tape and a worker showed everyone the broadcast. The woman, stunned, gathers herself, and readies herself to go to the flood area, she is currently sitting in her car.
Gender: female
Inventory: work clothes, laptop, cellphone
Skills: Survival[2], Intuition[2], Stealth[0], Combat[-1]
Combat will work something like this. If it's one person fighting, I'll take actions through PMs, then give the result to the player. Once an enemy is defeated, I'll post the full fight in the next update for everyone to see. If more than one person is fighting, then the fight will be public. If you have someone's phone number and choose to call them after the fight to share experience, then you the player are in charge of giving the results to the person you're calling.
In the event that the entire team is fighting the same enemy(mostly during boss fights, I'll assume) then the fight will be 100% public.
I forgot to post the damage formula when I made this, so here it is. Rolls will be 1-20.
roll + man grit + bonus = initial damage roll
IDR*10 = total damage
TD*multiplier = actual damage
multiplier = roll + fancy feet
Each character has a God Boss. A God Boss is a few million times stronger than an average boss, and are impossible to kill until you become a patron spirit. You'll gain a combat trait if you defeat your God Boss. Excluding the personal God Bosses, there are about 9 in total.
Above God Boss is Puppeteer. A Puppeteer can control up to 10 God Bosses, and appear in the sky as giants in a tear. These are impossible to kill without the Patron and God traits. The Patron trait is gained from reaching your third stage as a patron spirit(first is automatic) while the God trait is gained by defeating your personal God Boss.
Above Puppeteer is the Antagonist. This game has no plot, so the Antagonist isn't the cause of the world ending. The Antagonist is impossible to kill by anyone other than AT and UOW in their final patron stage. The final patron stage makes you a Primal Spirit, and you gain the Titan form.
A Primal Spirit is the same as a Patron Spirit, only much stronger. The Titan form is combining the human and spirit forms. AT can enter the Titan form upon reaching the second patron stage. Alternatively, before UOW reaches the Primal stage he can combine both ends of his Spirit form(positive and negative) represented as a faceless man who glows white, wears a black suit and blue tie, and has a glowing blue arm.
The Titan form allows full access to your powers. In the case of AT, because he isn't a Primal Spirit until reaching that point, his powers are still limited.
RP is encouraged, but if I think you guys are taking things too far, or are taking this too seriously I'll intervene. There is no leader, since I can't pick between UOW or AT for that spot. I'll put it in a poll, I guess.
