Seconded.  I LOVE driving in snow.  Mind, over here, we never get more than four inches, tops.  But I do love driving in that.  It makes handling more exciting, and a relaxing slow drive because conditions are bad is way better than an infuriating slow drive because the roads are packed.  Yes, I consider driving in 60' visibility to be relaxing.

Strongly approve.  Growing up in Cali snow was something from Christmas movies and the intriguing but mythical "snow day."  When I finally saw falling snow at 11 it was really exciting.  The snow day was great too

Now I love it, particularly when it's still falling.  Maybe it's because it makes me feel like a kid, maybe it's because it limits the world of your experience to a 60 foot hemisphere, and maybe its because it makes everything look clean, new, and soft.

The magic is gone come February with its deep ruts, black slurry on the side of the road and ice/salt everywhere.  But, for now, it is beautiful.

These, most absolutely.  God I love my green tea ice cream.  You can't get the Safeway store brand though, you have to get it from one of those little (or, occasionally, very large) Asian groceries that you find tucked away in a random corner of town.

You lucky bastard, for it to last that long. We just had two snow days in a row. Not because of snow, that stopped Sunday at about 11. No, because the roads were icy and it was too cold for salt to work its magic. With snow comes cold, and that's why I don't like it. On top of shitty driving conditions.

All fortress mode.  Most of the appeal for me is the problem-solving/ingenuity aspect, and fortress mode just pushes that button so well.  I'm sure I'll try adventure mode one of these days.  Maybe when I magically have more time on my hands.

[SPEED:0] dwarves in adventurer mode is pretty fun, but that's really all I use it for. Mostly Fortress Mode.
