Not quite. Because economic systems have gone global in a time where the USA is a superpower, their corporations are carrying their cultural values and ideas everywhere, oftentimes to work places. Remember that there are McDonald's restaurants in nearly every nation on Earth, even in places where the majority of people do not eat beef for religious reasons. Observe also how the massive American entertainment industry is finding its way into every corner of the world in large amounts. When foreign films find their way to the West, it is in the form of culturally Westernized versions (The Ring, The Departed, etc.), so that people here find the more relatable. When Western works move to the rest of the world, they generally stay as they are. An outlier here might be anime, which largely maintains its original form while travelling.

We might say that every culture is melting into one giant culture puddle if things like African spiritual beliefs or Indian cinema were widely consumed by our own culture, but they aren't. They are considered niche markets here.

More that Western culture is seeping everywhere. Sure, each other culture reflects on it differently. Korean McDonalds commercials are nothing like American ones. But it's still a McDonalds commercial. You're still be served hamburgers by a clown.
