I know that there's a reason for the name, but I can't remember what it was. I think it was from the intro of some top-down arcade shooter that Toady likes, but my memory on the matter isn't clear.

There was an old thread in which Toady confirmed the Aliens 2 reference.  Or maybe denied it.  I remember he gave a verdict on it, anyway.
