Yeah... didn't you run a 30 mile marathon?

A marathon is only 26.2 miles, and no, I haven't run one. The longest run I've ever done was a 21 mile run up a mountain that led onto a nice trail before leading up another mountain and then back to town. It was pretty slow though, with quite a few breaks, including a picnic. The hardest run I've ever done was an 11 mile run during which my group averaged 7:00 miles on the first five miles, but then sped up so much that we averaged 5:45 miles the entire way back. Makes you hungry, though, so probably not a good idea for island survival. Here's my updated character sheet.

Anyway, we're at 12 players now, which means we can get started soon. Anyone not already in the game can be put on the waiting list; if a seat opens up right after the game starts, you can switch into that player's spot. I can't guarantee a seat (though Creamcorn was running a similar game here, if you're interested).

I'll be updating the first post with your character sheets, and the second post with a rundown of the rest of the game rules, so you can familiarize yourselves with them before we start. If all goes well we can get this show on the road by the weekend!

doomer:, I'm glad for your interest. We're currently full for starting characters, but if you'd like to go on the waiting list, finish up your character sheet and I'll add you. Aspects and Traits are unique to your character, and are described in the rules post here.

nuker w:, I haven't yet gotten a character sheet or confirmation from you, so I don't know if you're still interested. I'll need a character sheet from you before I can put you on the waiting list.
