It's not really that awesome. It's just a police car converted to be a good ramming weapon and there is also a gunner using a flamethrower mounted on the roof. Actually, that is awesome. You aim your gun at the driver and fire.

The shot killed the driver, who slams into a wall and causes the gunner to set himself on fire.
