COMMIT LESS ELABORATE SUICIDE THEN.

You do so by waking up.

You wake up.

"Come on, you idiot. Wake up...Wake up!" Liv's voice echoes through the black. You open your eyes. You are currently in a ruined car. Liv is nowhere to be seen. The car appears to be upside down.

Load up as many weapons as lanterns as we can. Walk to the freeway.

Dammit, you could only find a lantern, your food bag and your trusty gun.

Speaking of food, you are very hungry.

Check food bag for food.

You have a can of anchovies and a can of beans.

Yes, I was a bit annoyed when you did all those annoying commands. Maybe I should put a rating in threads like this.

AC1: Random commands acknowledged and can be part of the story.
AC2: Random commands can be used with no effect.
AC3: Random commands are not accepted.

Check cans for pull tab, so they can be opened without a can opener.
If we can open them, eat whatever is in the smaller one.

They both have pull tabs. You pull open the anchovies. You enjoy some extinct fish. You then get out to check what is happening.

You appear to be in a seemingly endless rocky desert. There is a ruined town in the distance. There is a dead tree here.

Climb the tree to get a better view of our surroundings.

Climb the tree to get a better view of our surroundings.
Make sure it is sturdy enough to hold your weight, first.

It seems fine.

Climb the tree to get a better view of our surroundings.

You climb the tree.

It appears the town is completely deserted. Looks like a scavenger's dream, too.

Search the car one last time, then head off to this town.
Make sure your gun is loaded.

Search for anothe gas can, matches, rope, hose. Refill the gas can from the car. Remake the BOOMFERNATOR.

You look around for your BOOMFERNATOR, but you find nothing.

Search the car one last time, then head off to this town.
Make sure your gun is loaded.

You search the car, find some ammo, and reload your gun.

You head off for the town.

It looks like some sort of battle went on here. There are bodies and corpses everywhere. Here is what you find:

M18 (An updated version of the M17, a descendant of the M16.)
Some clips.
Two grenades.
