Cool. I tried experimenting with a shaped-charge for the warhead, but it didn't work.

Also tried a coal fuse, but that was a terrible idea(it kept going out). I think wood or something might be better... I also replaced the conductor walls with wax, with no loss of effect, in case you want the whole thing to be consumed, the only problem with a flame-based fuse melting it before it fires(which oddly didn't happen until I tried the light the f@%king coal with plasma and thunder).

Personally, I prefer a more traditional atom bomb than the ones most people use (they generally use a rubidium core surrounded by plutonium).

I use a rubidium core surrounded by a small globe of plutonium with a metal shell. Surround that with water and contain that with metal. The "wave effect" of the bomb is very impressive, and stuff generally melts much more prettily than using your normal nuke.

I made a water cannon. It shoots water vapor that's hotter than stock plasma.

I managed to improve upon that design. You can run multiple pathways through the uranium section without diminishing the heat, but giving the capacity for a much larger volume of steam.

This is my preferred type of nuke. Single pixel of thunder at the core, surrounded by C4, surrounded by plutonium and then a shell of coal that's shaped so that it's thinner at the bottom.

Mie is a C4 core with plutonium arund that, uranium around that, and then a metal shell. I then use air on the C4. (Nitrus works for C4 too)

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

I use a HUGE wad of plutonium, surrounded by coal. Of course, I set up the shell first, and pressurize the thing before plutonium is put in.

In other news, I enjoy working on my rocket. For those building along, replace the goo blast cap with wax. Much more explosive.

Looking on the comments on every user-uploaded creation, the Powder Toy community is rather... eccentric.
And yet, they make the most glorious things. Watching a near-perfect rendention of World 1-1 from Super mario Brother explode in a massive, nuclear-powered fire is glorious.
This "game" is so cool.

Working on a steampunk steam bomb.
Currently trying to find a way to superheat the water without nuclear explosives.
Gunpowder ignited rubidium failed, and noble gas plasma failed.
Might try other combinations of rubidium, noble gas, and maybe nitroglycerin.

POWDERTOY CHALLENGE:

Get a particle in stable orbit around a black hole.

Bonus points if the particle is initially accelerated by a gun or explosion.

I really want that one as a "when". I want "grubs", and "virgin woman" to turn into a dragon. and monkey children to suddenly sprout wings. And I want the Dwarven Mutant Academy to only gain their powers upon reaching puberty. I also have a whole host of odd creatures that only make sense if I divide them into children and adults.

Also, tadpoles.

Try gunpowder and acid, with a clone under acid. Put it with a metal roof to transfer heat, while avoiding bad things.

That was never in question. That plutonium became uranium WAS. I solved that, though.
