"Sarge, who's that?"
"Volks, that's my wife."
"Oh, uh, should I get the reinforcements myself while you get her something more protective or whatever?"
"Uh-huh."
Said Kasrkin runs off, avoiding Bolter rounds.

Shimmer-Dariel curses his inability to stray too far from where he was summoned or from Dariel.

[Twi]

Thera nods. "Yep, name's Thera."
And she looks towards sounds of shooting.
"And before you ask, yes, I know how to shoot things. And am actually not half bad at it."

Meanwhile, various sensors and cameras are being trained on Aegis and her mount, whatever it is.

*The two cutenids get pounced on by a third, and the trio begins play-fighting in front of Kitten.*


A: "Fighting... what? I thought you pretty much were this place itself."

*Aegis, whatever she is riding, it isn't a mount.. More like a disk, and then she arrives at the Ark. Gets off, and somehow shrinks the disk, and stores it.*

[Twi]

"Magic?" asks Kata, to Aegis.

[Phantom]

Dariel nods.
"Well you're going to be good with a Lasgun or something, almost no recoil whatsoever, like flashlight.
...And with the firepower of an extremely souped up flashlight with a nuclear reactor."
A Guardsman nearby gets hit by a Bolter round and explodes.
"That is what the enemy has."
[Tyrant[...Somehow, Thera's here. Any opinion on that?]

Shimmer-Dariel remembers that he was left with a pair of binoculars, but now he's too late.
"Hmph."

Thera laughs, though not much.
"Sounds effective."
She then sees the exploding Guardsman.
"Oy vey. I suppose I'll try extra-hard not to get hit, then."

"Let's get you a place to sleep, shall we? It can never hurt."

"Magitek, they call it. Bah, I saw that. Seems to work well enough."
Kata chuckles.
"Well, anyways."

*sighs*
"Well i need to go back to my research"

Kata chuckles.
"If that's the way you like it. Also, Clay, you stick in the mud. This is a guest of ours and you're trying to hide in your 'research'. I am ashamed of you."

[Ochita]

"Don't worry... It doesn't do anything horrible... Ochita made it.. So, has anything new happened?"
