*Meanwhile, in Amity and Crystal's room, a soft noise issues from the floor.*

*The ships begin unraveling long feeder-tendrils and start to siphon the outer layers of the planet through them, slowly drinking of the world.*

*The red panda is on the floor, doing one-arm push-ups on her knuckles, swiftly switching arms mid-air every three push-ups. She seems rather focused on a small spot on the floor, directly beneath her face.*

"Not physical. Psychological. Mental. I'd basically be only borderline sentient. Completely complacent. I happen to like being fully sentient..."
