"And not Dariel's dog?"

The dog wanders over and sits next to the medic.
"My cousin introduced me to her and Dariel when he showed up on the island. Nice dog."

"Yep. Who else?"
Kata puts her hand on the ship.
"Wait...This thing's on. There's someone alive in there!"

*The puppy in Aegis's arms strains to get to the new dog.*
"So.. Why is Dariel like he is?"

"As in, mentally, or physically? Because I'm stumped completely on the first one."

*The puppy wrestles out of Aegis's grip. It jumps down towards the bigger dog.*

Dariel's dog barks neutrally at the small puppy, standing up and the Medic backing behind her.

*Aegis steps forward towards the puppy, who is trying to sniff the bigger dog.*
