((They're just more stuff that wants to kill us. We could have handled the invasion fleet without the whole 'Whoops, I kinda just tore reality a new one by accident' thing.))

Dariel hides in a locker.

T: "It would seem my... recovered knowledge will be put to use sooner rather than never. Unfortunate."

*Several of the GDI troopers drop what they're doing and hijack several aerial transports, each headed for a Warp Rift. Some of the troopers kill themselves while others use their comrades' blood to write strange markings on the inside of the cargo pod. The transports' flights is erratic at best, as if the impromptu pilots are being run by remote.*

T: "I swear I will take flying and driving lessons."

*Meanwhile, Amy comes to Taric and DL. She has returned to the stash of Ultramarine gear. She has found a short chainsword. She is revving the chainsword and making practice swings. She is grinning madly and giggling like a little girl.*

A: "This thing is awesome! And why are there manta rays flying in space?"

((Happy now, Phantom?))

The other GDI Troops are completely fine, but they wonder how transports from a different part of the timeline got there.
"We've seen enough horror to survive this. Like the genesis pit. Or Khorne."

[Twi]

The locker door opens for no apparent reason.
Kata sighs and picks up Dariel. Again.
"You've lived through worse things than that!"

[Phantom]

"No I have not! I haven't lived through things like THAT."
He points at a GDI Trooper that managed to board the Ark, all bloodied up and with wings. Dariel puts the thing out of its misery.

[Twi]

"How the hell did he get on? Every single one of the shields should have kept him from getting as far as the surface of the ship. And those things are brand new."

[Phantom]

"I don't know! I was kept away from all things of Chaos! Berkar as the only one in my family that had experience with the things."

[Twi]

"Argh, that's unhelpful."
The Ark begins firing on anything that tries to get too close and looks suspicious or just plain hostile.

[Phantom]

"Wait, we left him back on the ground without his equipment. Nonono..."
He hides in the locker again, whimpering.

[Twi]

"Ivy can get him. Her bond with me should keep her mind safe."

Ivy teleports to wherever Berkar is.

*The invading ships, seeing the chaos unfolding in the system, discretely leave.*

*Ern sits up in his quarters, clutching his head with one hand.*

"Wha' happened?"

*Kol is floating in lazy circles near the ceiling.*

"I dunno."

Oh gods, can't I just be left in peace? *Rai thinks as he fights a bunch of screamers. As one of them charges at him, he jumps, lands on it, and buries one of his punching daggers in what could be called its head. He jumps higher, turns towards the others, then switches to his lasguns and fires a blast that would make Gainax proud*
