Thera ducks under the shot.
"Hey! I'm the only thing that isn't KILLING him at this point!"
She's...kinda right. She IS dragging him into the fort, after all. At least the Tyranids won't get him. The webbing deflects all attempts at harming him.

Twi, meanwhile, has picked up his axe and tells Ghost, "It's nothing he won't recover from pretty quickly... But it seems to hurt. A lot."

[Tellemurius]

"Quiet you Lich King, you failed your people and rule over rotting corpses"

[Phantom]

"YOU WILL GODDAMN MANGLE THE POOR BASTARD!"
Ghost shoots at Dwarfguy, who does not realize Phantom is not here and the Guardsman is paralyzed. Ghosts drop pod falls into the area, the blue lines on a Merlin Class Ion Cannon visible. Ghost grabs that, visibly shredding through Demons with adrenalin, chasing after Thera.

Twi notices those blue lines, and says, "Ahem...what is that?"

Another random portal opens, ocean blue in color. Out of it comes a deluge of water, seaweed, and sea salt.  Somewhere in the briny mess is a Big Daddy fighting a Deep One Hybrid.  Soon after the portal closes behind them and the water level lowers, the Big Daddy grabs the frog-fish man w/ his one good hand and impales it's head w/ his drill.  After throwing the being away and growling in anger.  It shambles along looking for a little or big sis, making sad mechinal whale-esque noises along the way.

"alright this is getting rediculous with you space freaks"
*grabs Twi*
*starts climbing out of the hole*
"NUKE IT MERCHANT!"

* Tenshi is still lying asleep in the obsidian palace

[Something Evil]

*A 'gaunt pops up and drags the Deep One into the pools, jumping in after it.*

"Я вб'ю тебе ВСЕ, ЩО ВАМ КРИВАВИЙ ідіоти і сволочі!"
Ghost hits a a Demon with an Ion Cannon shot, it's corpse with a large seared hole inside. He yells at Thera with a audibly changed voice, with the sound of an echo and a flanging effect.
"PUT. HIM. DOWN!"

*Wanders around the actual fortress, around the lab.* "Militia! Where the hell are you?"

[Tellemurius]

"WTF NOTHING IS HAPPENING!"
*Throws twi up*

[Twi]

Twi  gets the point and gets the hell out of there.
Meanwhile, Thera has dragged the Guard into her lair, and set him down among the webbing.
"Don't worry," she says, smirking evilly. "This won't cause any permanent damage."
The screams of pain can be heard a mile away.

*The Big Daddy continues to mope and wander non-chalantly, occasionally hitting or drilling a big cavity into whatever tyranid is insane enough to attack it.*
