"Alright..."
He opens the door and promptly gets whacked by a jet of water, and out comes a laughing tech priest with a rebreather.
"Oh I can't believe you fell for that trick again!"
The tech priest helps Dariel up and they engage in a complicated looking handshake.

Berkar just injects the drink into his bloodstream.
"Which chaos god is it, again?"

[Twi]

Thera giggles. Somehow.
"Damn, I can't believe I didn't think of that myself."

[Ochita]

"Oh, loads. Did Aegis tell you about killing Thor? At this rate... Around ~67% of human-known gods. I am going to go exploring soon. Want to join? I can get you a computer, you need it if you are going to talk to demons and summon them. Demons are needed if you are exploring..."
*Aegis returns, bags filled with... Shotguns, Spaz 12's to be precise, scorpions... Strange bullets, rocket boots, power gloves...*
"I spent most of my Makka...."

[Phantom]

After Dariel enters, the tech priest confronts Thera.
"So I guess you're his wife, right? I know he's crazy but I didn't expect him to bring you here. Need anything? Food? Drink? Ornate Toilet?"



Berkar peers over his shoulder to find the Flying Manta Ray following him. He shrugs and waits for the conversation to move forward.

[Twi]

"You spent Makka...To get more Dakka?"
Something about this causes Ivy to start laughing.

"Yes. Of course, I followed him. As for anything...no, not really."
Thera smiles.

[Ochita]

"Anyway... I was thinking about scouting out, I know a place where we can do some good... The group supporting almost all of the gods are called the Mesmians. Currently they are working on some sort of cathedral. I want to see the purpose of that."

"funny. Anyway, I can get some more by killing the demons... But if for now that you want some nerve bullets and weaponry, then by all means take them."

[Phantom]

"Okay, might as well show you his pet project then. I mean projects."
The Tech Priest leads Thera inside to see Dariel working on an ornate looking machine, alongside a few other individuals. On the far wall is a control panel, while on the wall with the door is a list of names, most crossed out.


Berkar wonders if Khorne is gonna appear or something. He decides to shoot a Chaos Cultist for the heck of it.

[Twi]

"Eh, I could do with a good blade and a gun."
Ivy obtains those objects and sips more vodka.

"So, what does this thing do, or what is it going to do?" Thera asks.

[Ochita]

"Oh, Mesian magi..."
*Coming from the south with large blue banners on their backs are old men, wearing ornate robes, they begin to terrorize people.*

"That is one of our foes... The others I shall elaborate on."

[Phantom]

"Currently, the machine you see right now is...
I don't know exactly, he hasn't told me. He's come up with plenty of excuses, like his parents died or he found his brother and disappeared for long periods."

Berkar just shoots the agressors repeatedly.

[Twi]

"Magi, you say? They don't seem to be doing much magic."
Ivy looks somewhat concerned nonetheless.
"Of course even if I lack any magic of my own, they will still burn."

"How vague."
Thera sighs.

[Phantom]

"Runs in his family I guess."
Dariel finishes working on the machine for the time being and goes to the control panel, and types in several command prompts. The building begins to tremor, but the others continue unfazed.

[Ochita]

*Ochita joins in with the battle, and summons a Kerberos. It breaths fire, and a magi is burnt to a crisp.*

[Twi]

"Great, you're doing something. Can I help?"
Thera seems eager to do so.

Ivy breathes fire on magi herself.

[Phantom]

"Hold on, ach,"
Incomprehensible language.
"Thera, I kind of need you to go before you get hurt. The experiments usually kill one guy at a time."
