As the close in, several Motherships are called in to fight, in fact, ten are used in the defense of the planet, each firing one at a time while the other recharges to avoid vulnerabilities. Dariel watches quietly from the large Tiberium monolith still on the planets surface.
"A war between worlds, a war between species, a war for survival, a war for freedom, a war for all that matters. Even though I am not fully their kind, I still know what they are thinking..."

[Taricus]

*The dragons swarm the motherships from above, using them as projectiles*

Gravity stabilizers are keeping them up however, and their status as Heroic to the Scrin cause has made the forces controlling them working twice as hard to keep it floating. The Gravity Stabilizers are also defended enough to keep off any amount of enemy from attacking.

[Taricus]

*the dragons blitz the weakpoints And swarm the stabilizers, Almost on cue, A massive void dragon appears*

[Phantom]

Dariel calls Taric.
"TARIC! THAT THING THE COMMANDER!?"

He also establishes a link with Thera.
"Don't look outside, or you'll find the reason I am not going to come back..."

[Taricus]

"Er hang on"

*Reads a copy of the void dragon file*

"Yes, GET OUT OF THERE IMMEDIATELY"

[Twi]

"I already know," Thera says.

[Phantom]

Dariel blinks over to Thera.
"I see you're getting everybody on..."
He hugs her.
"Might as well make the last of my time meaningful..."

[Taricus]

*the void dragons establish a foothold on the planet, Waiting for the Orbital dragon to get here.*

[Twi]

Thera hugs Dariel back, tears in her eyes.
"Don't die in vain..."

[Phantom]

"I won't. I won't die in vain if I already lost so much. In the fighting, Berkar died, his ship was set on fire, and he crashed during all the confusion, Ghost is probably lying dead in a heap along with all of his forces, 17's gone, his sect is gone, everything I have is gone.

Except you..."
At this point, he hugs tighter, tears actually managing to come out.

((Note: Berkar may or may not be actually dead.))

[Taricus]

((Don't worry, he'll be plotwarped onto the ark if he isn't on it by the time it leaves))

*The Orbital dragon goes along slowly*

[Phantom]

"...Goodbye."
Dariel stops hugging Thera, and obtains a nuclear warhead, a large one at that. He blinks in front of the Void Dragon's right eye.
"Hello, bastard, I'd like to make one thing clear, you WILL NOT live past this day!"
He detonates the warhead, and his ensuing psionic scream into everyone in the system is cut off when his body is disintegrated and the explosion intensified by the Tiberium's explosion, taking the Orbital Dragon's skull with him. A small whisper follows after that...
"Even though I walk the valley of death...
I am not alone.."

((Yeah, but it fulfills my death. You can retconn it and make it so that Orbtal Dragon is extremely weakened.))
