*The creature's uppermost eye, and a portion of it's 'head' is blown away by the blast from Johnathan's gun, yet it still keeps charging. I probably should have mention that there appears to be almost no room for a brain of any size in its head... Oops...*

*Seeing Dariel charge, the firefox reconsiders firing a grenade, and simply peppers the thing with short, focused bursts, and heads towards the thing's back to clear a better line of fire for an explosive shot.*

*The creature roars in pain as it mottled hide is scorched with fire. Or at least it tries to roar. It just kinda comes out as a gurgle, because of the fact that it's missing a third of its jaw. The creature stumbles and trips, and crashes to the ground, wounded.*

Dariel is not even bothering with the sword, instead opting to bring out his long unused Laspistol and repeatedly shooting the thing.
