Kata once again grabs the crab thing and pulls it away with all the might of something made out of almost pure metal.
She enlists a couple of steel-Katas to pull as well.

Lavi facepalms.
"What did I say about not making them grow too much?"
She pokes the Dao a couple times, just to make sure it's listening or at least knows she's there.

[Vorthon]

*The Crab-thing shrieks. It struggles in vain.*

*The Dao seems to sigh, and it causes the plants to diminish slightly.*

[Taricus]

"Thank you..."

[Twi]

And the three Katas continue to pull. And it works.

"There. That'sss a bit better. Now then. You talk?"
Lavi stands directly in front of the Dao, examining said creature curiously.

[Vorthon]

*The Forest Dao smiles, and nods.*

"Yes. But not very often."

*The crab-thing gives up struggling, and just chitters grumpily, glaring at the Katas with its single, large eye.*

[Twi]

Lavi chuckles.
"Oh, poor you. I used to whittle time away thinking out loud. Of course, 'time' translated to 'several centuries without seeing a living soul at all', but hey."
She smiles.
"Oh, and that's my house too, y'know."
((If I remember correctly, Taric's greenhouse is on top of the Glass Palace. And I think I do.))

The Katas all glare back with their mechanical eyes, and pull the crab till Clay's place is well out of sight.

[Taricus]

((Yep, these are tall though.))

*Puts the potted plants onto a, well something flat and it hovers. it can also be pulled.*

[Tellemurius]

*Sighs, follows the Katas while thinking*

[Vorthon]

*V&N are out hunting. In this case, wearing stereotypical 19th-century type big game hunter outfits, complete with pith helmets.*

[Twi]

"Man, that Vorthon dude needs to use more of his characters in one post. Wait, what? What the hell did I just say?"

And yet another Kata is watching Vorthon and Nysa from above. Well, this is a different one. Best guess on composition would be aluminum, obviously lightweight, and she flies with not one, but TWO pairs of metallic, feathery wings. Lacks any other apparent special features.

Meanwhile, Kata says to Clay, "I'm pretty sure it wanted to eat you. Why are you following it?"

[Tellemurius]

"Why would it want to eat me? Im just a human, and this creature's biological design isn't for human predators"

[Twi]

"Well, let's see. When it saw you, it started salivated and tried to move toward you. That sounds like signs of wanting to eat you to me. Who knows why? Who cares?"

[Vorthon]

((You fool! You've opened up the world to Eldritch Abominations! You've doomed us all!:P))

*Ern is still depressed. He's sitting on a log, looking glum.*


*Kol floats away from Ern.*

*Kol comes across Lavi.*

K:"We gotta do sumthin'. Ern's really glum an' sad 'cause he fell in love and it turns out that the lady he fell in love with, it was that spider-lady, I think her name was Thera, was already married. We need to find him somebody. I don't like him when he's like this. It makes me sad too."

*Nysa notices the alumi-quadbird-kata, and shakes her head in disbelief.*

*Aru burrows out of the ground. Then digs into it again. Then out again. Then in again. Basically, it starts turning a fair-sized portion of the ground into swiss-cheese.*
