Both Berkar and the Medic wake up at almost precisely the same time. In Berkar's case, he's lying comfortable at the bottom of a tree in view of where the wagon train use to be. In the Medic's case, she's now wandering about the desert.

Berkar flips off a nearby rock.
'Screw you plot rocks. And blank rounds are awesome.'

Twi and Stephan are...also wandering the desert.
"Oh, hello Medic."
