*She slides to her feet, stomping her right leg on the ground.
A: "Ever since I started losing feeling in my leg. That floor is cold. Anyway... "
*She then discards Clay's armor and puts it in a neat pile, picks up her vest and stuffs its collar into the back of her trousers to give her a second tail, then suddenly lunges at the fox, scooping her off the ground and into her arms.*

*Crystal yips in surprise, before resting her head on Amy's shoulder and purring*

*sits and thinks over something oblivious to the other two*

*White-tufted ears swivel to the sound, and Amy yells after the human as she makes off with her quarry:*
A: "You'll have to speak up! I can still hear you!"

*Crystal yips in surprise, before resting her head on Amy's shoulder and purring*

A: "You look like a cloud and you even weigh as much as one."

*looks at the two*

*Amy reaches the door, and after a few false starts manages to open it with her foot. She carries the sleeping fox in her arms into the room, and freezes for a moment, significance catching up to her. She shrugs off the idea that Crystal would even consider the fact, then, clumsily moving the covers from underneath her, places the vixen on her bed and tucks her in, leaving a light peck on her muzzle. A moment later sees Amy on her own bed, fiddling with her garments, discarding her trousers, shirt and weapon-stuffed vest, then crawling under the covers in her long, concealing undergarments.*

((right, time for me to bail))
*fires up the forge and stares at the burning coals until he falls asleep in deep thought*

*Aegis sits on her houses patio. Sighing... Down, near the base of the mountain.. The portal is glowing, and soon, something big is coming out... Aegis just looks at it with resigned sadness in her eyes.*
