"...That would defeat the purpose. Cold slows you down. Imprisons you. Binds you. Even dealing with it means imprisoning yourself within layers of clothing. But heat is invigorating, energetic. Heat lets you shed your bindings and be exposed, wild, unbound, free. Pardon me if that sounded a little weird, but I suppose I don't exactly have a normal perspective on things anyways."
Lavi grins.

[Taricus]

"Well the closest we have to a desert is a hot spring up in the mountains"

Y:"Desert? Easy..."

[Twi]

"I'll look into it... Hmm?"
Lavi looks at Yumi hopefully.

Y:"Pick somewhere you like, a desert is no problem to create.. mostly"

[Tellemurius]

*finishes the gun*
"... now what?"

[Something Evil]

*Amy breaks eye contact, and backs off as across her cold, steely face flies a brief flash of some emotion; nostalgia, grief, maybe even misery, gone faster than a heartbeat. She steadily walks to her room, keeping Crystal behind her.*
A: "You called me <<Amy>> earlier. Why?"

[Twi]

"I understand how deserts work. Something to do with mountains and rain shadows... Course, the technical definition of desert says nothing about heat, so...*Sigh* Anywhere will do. I don't care as long as it's big. That's the other thing I like about deserts: They're big. You can lose yourself for ages..."

C:"I.. I just did... I don't know.."

Y:"Focusing the heat on it will be quite simple"
*Yumi blinks to a spot several miles into the forest, her and Lavi are on a hill overlooking a few hundred miles of trees*
"This do?"

[Twi]

"I suppose...Or I could just look for a desert, even if it's cold..."

[Tellemurius]

*balances on top of Workshop due to being bored*

*Yumi focuses her energy, and in a blinding flash of light, all the land before her is transformed into rolling dunes and flat pans*
*She coughs up a large clot of blood and focuses again, the rays of the sun becoming trapped in an artificial greenhouse effect*
*With this final act, she drops to her knees, coughs up another clot of blood, and collapses*

[Tellemurius]

*stares in shock from roof*
"Holy shit!"
*hops off and starts running*

[Twi]

Lavi stares, shocked.
"You...did that...for me? Why? Why?...WHY?"
She starts crying again.

[Taricus]

*Rushes to Yumi*

"Lavi, Can you help me carry her to the ark please"
