a Mist Generator will also work wonders on dwarves and t seems to stack whenever a dwarf encounters the mist.

Most of my dwarves have over 4000 happiness (check with dwarf therapist) and it is year 3. And the 4 dwarves that have made artifacts have over 5000.

No. Nobody make that joke. Just don't.
Urist, what does the scouter say about his HAPPINESS LEVEL?

ITS OVER 9000!!!!
What! 9000, there's no way that could be right!

How large would a mist generator system have to be to successfully pump around multiple 6/7 squares of water?

From experience the water seems to collect together into 7/7 blocks even when 1/7 buckets of water are added at different times, So I'm not sure if you can get multiple 6/7 blocks.

Also when those 7/7 blocks of water overlap each other during the pump rotation (which does the mist generating) the excess water spills onto the floor.

I always use the design from here, or extended versions if i want a system through the fort.

though I think you already saw it.

and goddammit I knew someone would say that 9000 thing. so damn sick of it :/

Also I should clarify, the several thousand happiness was from .16 I haven't built any mist gennies in .18 to know if that's still around.

I can't seem to plan out bedrooms no matter how hard I try, so my dwarves always end up living in huge sprawling dormitories. Even then, only if I remember to build defenses before the goblins come...

You should know better than asking people to not say it. You practically challenged people to say it like that.

I'm assuming that's an honest question: It's a reference to the Anime Dragon Ball Z.

Oh. The Japanese are an odd folk, I despise anime. But I suppose I see why it'd be funny heh. I really need to become more relevant with internet jokes.

It's not just an Internet joke...  Almost all nerds, ages ranging 18-29, have watched that episode of DBZ.

"Nobody wants to live in Townbrush, and for good reason. Almost everyone that has come to Townbrush has been eaten, stabbed, crushed, drowned, hacked, incinerated, or beaten to death with an octopre skin backpack. When we're not under siege, we're being attacked by Forgotten Beasts. And when we're not being attacked by Forgotten Beasts, there's probably a zombie whale crushing someone to death in the dining room."

It's an internet joke. As a nerd, I haven't seen that show but still knew the reference. It's a tired old internet joke that should be taken behind the barn and shot.

Unfortunately I'm not much of a nerd, this is the only game I play. My anxiety disorder drew me to this game (the complexity helps me relax) so it is used as a somewhat therapeutic tool.

That....this seems....entirely contrary to what the game is about...

Hehe, commonly with disorders such as mine we need something to distract us from what we normally worry about, so it is very good! Lovin' the game so far, can't believe it's free. I can easily see me paying 25$ atleast, but let's not give Toady ideas.
