Head is a huge BLUH BLUH BLUH.

I can understand unmodding when no notice is taken, but as soon as Head pressed on the matter, Dark simply stopped doing it, thus (in concussion with the map wipe) solving the problem.

Nope.

IIRC it's just Head's server, meaning he has the right to do whatever he wants to it and in it. People also have the right to complain, but in the end it's all up to him.

From what I've seen DC seemed a nice guy, though I guess my experience isn't really relevant since I'm not on nearly enough for me to put things in context.

Well, it is Head's server. Although I'm not entirely sure what a BLUH BLUH BLUH is, I'm sure whatever it is isn't good. Calling Head that probably wouldn't be helping Darkchaos. Maybe if everybodies reasonable about it Head will relent and make DC a mod again, given how he did stop spawning blocks after Head said about the problem.

There's far too much drama over this allready. If it really offends you on such a deeply personal level that head runs his server in a way that displeases you then perhaps you could check out one of the other bay12 minecraft servers? Or one of the many many non-bay12 servers? Or start your own? Or play SSP?

I agree. We're all mature enough (I hope) to discuss everything in a calm, reasonable and polite manner. We should do exactly that.

So far though, we haven't heard much from head or DC regarding this matter. Perhaps he was de-opped for different reasons?

To be frank though, I don't think either party appreciates this being dragged out into the spotlight. This is a private matter that should be discussed by the two parties if they so wish in peace, and there may not even be a dispute. We should all stop being nosy here.
