I've said much the same thing before, but I find both KittyTac's assertions and Rowanas' implication just now that "tempers" were unsettled utterly baffling. Does this really look like a deeply emotional argument to you people? This is so tame from my perspective. This is like a posh dinner party, and not even one that ends in tears. I wouldn't even call this an argument, let alone a flame war or a "wave". This is just like... a tempered discussion.

I can only assume that you wouldn't believe some of the arguments I've been in.

In my experience (granted, I've only been on the receiving end of one), Reelya's LAHTWs are the opposite of flame war; they contain many excellent, well-reasoned arguments.

...No, it's the end. The conceptualization of the individual self being lost is not the same as nirvana, which is the end. No more of your components being reincarnated and recycled through samsara, when you are enlightened you have truly ended. The cycle of rebirth and decay, all is in this impermanent. The end - only this is eternal.

Im good too. Tomorrow will be my last night shift. I'm working testing some things for some one here and that will allow me to sleep more properly. What's peanuts for muricans is infinite wellbeing for me.

I was taking extra shifts to get extra money. I got really lucky some days ago and got 3 out of 4 appointments needed for our papers so things are getting in better shape.
