If you take an antacid before your meds it will digest better, or well "better".  If you have an instant release pill and you take an antiacid it will be like you took a few milligrams more higher of a pill.  It may or may not wear off faster I don't know.  If you don't take too much antiacid and you always take the same amount it shouldn't hurt you.

If you take it with an extended release tablet, well.  ER pills have special release mechanisms for slowly releasing the doses, antiacids will alter that release method.  That can get weird.  I took like 8 tums with 36mg concerta (not to make it stronger, literally just because concerta makes me nauseous for some reason).  It didn't do much of anything, then 6 hours later it made me feel like I has having a heart attack.  Not an experience I would like to repeat.  It varies by pill too, the generic producers aren't allowed to copy the release method so they come up with their own.

Yeah, if it doesn't get better at some point I'll have to see a doctor/specialist, although what they could actually do for me I am unsure.

My hearing seems to have cleared up!    
Well, returned to its usual level of impairment, anyway. Of course, it is possible that my mind has simply normalized this new, worsened deafness, but I don't seem to be having nearly as much trouble hearing things as I was the day before last, so I don't think that is the case.

I don't know why you're taking amphetamines, but most people need to take an OTC magnesium supplement with them.  At least for Adderall (but I think this advice goes for all of them?) taking the amphetamines without the supplement can do a lot of bad things.  Dry mouth, dehydration, fatigue, muscle cramps, weak bones, and digestion problems.  Oh and magnesium oxide is just a stool softener, for most people it doesn't meaningfully increase their blood magnesium, but any other form should work.  If the supplement doesn't tell you what type that means its magnesium oxide and thus fake.

You need to do something to make your mouth produce saliva or your teeth will get fucked up whenever you're on the amphetamines.  Frequently chewing gum can work but the sugar can mess with your teeth and the constant chewing can hurt your jaw, biotene dry mouth wash (not the same thing as normal mouth wash, all it does is help dry mouth) is good for this purpose.

Also, if you've felt a constant fear or belief that others don't like you.  Or if any kind of negative judgement of you feels devastating, like you can't just brush off insults the way other people can.  That's a common side effect of ADD, its called rejection sensitivity.  There isn't any consensus as to what to do about it but sometimes just knowing that its a thing can make it slowly get better over time.  Not everyone gets the rejection sensitivity, just because you don't doesn't mean you don't have ADD.

Insults don't bother me much but I do have the fear of rejection/ paranoia about not being liked.

And when I take amphetamines I drink lots of water and sick on my gums to force my mouth to moisten itself. Works alright but I still get digestion problems so thanks for the magnesium tip.

Thunderbolt and lightning, Very, very frightening me.

Its been thundering in my area since around an hour ago, but the worst seems to be over by now.
Had to turn off all my electrical stuff until now.
I do love rainy days, it seems so comfortable to stay inside during it. As long as no thunder and lightning occurs.

Do you have ADD?  Amphetamines effect people with ADD differently.  It mellows you out instead of making you hyper.  In small doses at least.

Pretty much any established ADD medication is various forms of amphetamines. Mine is a lysoamphetamine, for example.

It's entirely possible I do have ADD. I have some symptoms but no diagnosis. Don't get me wrong though, the drugs don't make me tired. Just not jittery, but focused and energized.

I have ADD and it feels like tiredness.  It made me look hyper on the outside when I was a kid but on the inside I could barely keep my eyelids open.  The medication made that go away, most of the time.

When I was younger I was told I had symptoms and but didn't actually have it.  That was in my case a load of bubkis and I most definitely should have been on meds.

I have had most of the symptoms described here including the tired inside hyper outside, I have also experienced the opposite, the one time a friend lent me some of his medication so I could binge study for an assignment due a few days after, I did get THAT done AND completed a video game AND also made a quick video game within the span of 6 hours. The rejection sensitivity has haunted me my entire life. No matter how much I try to explain this to my psychiatrist and my therapists they still insist that I have paranoid schizophrenia despite that fact that no antipsychotic has ever done anything to me other than sleep away entire classes and school days and given me milder cases of bruxism. At this point I am getting a hunch that it might be penal psychiatry, the liberals in government hate the fuck out of syndicalists because of the fact that we stormed the stock broker and beat a few businessmen into a pulp back in the early 20th century, so much that they decided to bulldoze their historical headquarters to sell the lot to some nutty christian sect.

As for what terrified me today is that my stress symptoms and neurosis is returning.

Oh god bruxism. I had to buy a night time mouth guard recently. I have very good teeth, but my jaw and teeth have been hurting a lot most mornings from me grinding them at night.

Also this is slightly risky but have you told any of them "hey I took ADD meds one time and it helped a lot?"  I've heard of people that worked for.

Finally got approved for evaluation for gender dysphoria treatment, and it's not like the previous time where the guy was a nurse with a two week course in sexology, it's an actual clinic. This makes me terrified though because of all the legal stuff that can go wrong during transition such as being locked out of my own bank account and the municipal office not recognizing me and other total identity theft tier potential repercussions.
