Riding in the backseat after dinner. It's dark, dad's tipsy and rather upset as always, and he's insisting on navigating... but he has Ingress up too.

Last night I dreamt he drove us straight into a pit in the road and I didn't say anything. Usually I can identify dreams but this one I couldn't. Had to crawl free.

"Tipsy" was an exaggeration and he stopped to play (this time, probably because gma was with us), but I should have insisted on navigating.

His gf didn't care and I didn't want to ruin the nice but fragile evening, so I put myself and other people in danger. Worse yet, it worked, we had a nice night of sci-fi and phone geekiness. Perverse incentive. I'm sorry.

Makes me extremely paranoid most of the time, unfortunately. Still fun though! Main solution I've found is to... draw. Draw a lot.
I still prefer me the good ol' fashioned booze, although I will partake of the former if I'm with fraaaaands.   ^-^
