Not really.

My personal recommendation would be NZ because I'm a biased little shit. International students will pay ~20k per year, but that's interest-free and repayments are included in your tax once you start earning more that 20k per year. You also get an allowance of ~$100 per week that you don't need to pay back.
Also, it's a really pleasant place to live. People are pretty friendly and there's not much crime (unless you're in south Auckland).

PD: Europe is not Shangri-La. Those considering moving because everything is "free and wonderful" will meet with reality facefirst. Not that you can't actually prosper in Europe, or that some things here are seldom found outside -like socialized healthcare. Which is not "free" healthcare, mind you. But I consider it a must for any country I'd actually intend to live in-, mind you. All I'm saying is that it's not what you're cracking it up to be.

Watched a video of someone flushing a toilet with a spider inside, then holding down the handle, for a solid minute.
The spider climbed up from the bottom of the bowl and back underneath the rim. After being curled up in the spider-death pose while being constantly submerged in water.
