Are there any other symptoms that came up around the same time as you shaking hand? Stuff like ocasionally blurred vision, headaches, dizziness and all that stuff? Did you hit your head or fall down recently?

Its probably just your lack of sleep, but if you suffered a small accident or physical impact recently, it could be indicative of a concussion.
Its probably nothing if its just your hand shaking though :P
Nah, nothing of that nature and it stopped mostly a few hours after I actually ate, which is a good thing. Still sometimes gets a bit shaky when I think of things and get uncharacteristically agitated as those things do.

It could be a symptom of slightly low blood sugar, which can be aggravated by a combination of not having the best diet in tandem with stress or working hard, which would also explain why it went away after you ate something.

No, no. The sweetness is to give others diabetes.

Makes sense, I'd had ... a banana that day until I made dinner, and I'd gone to karate and done an intense workout for effectively two and a half hours.
Good, my worries are mostly alleviated.

Yep, def sounds like low blood sugar. Try to not skip meals, specially when you're working out. Working out without any sort of nutrition beforehand is a bad idea in general, since your muscles will likely not develop as well as they should and it increases the chance of hurting yourself in certain ways.

I ran before class today. I was having trouble and developing a stitch in my side, and I suspected slight dehydration. Then, after that, I kinda rushed through my stretches because public place awkwardness, and being in jeans made it hard to do certain stretches.

WOW my legs are sore now. It really caught me off-guard when I first stood up, after having sat for a few minutes.

Well there's a lesson on hydration and stretching if nothing else.

Yeup. Once they're out of glucose, your muscles start cannibalising the proteins making up a lot of themselves to provide energy (they do this BEFORE going after fat reserves apparently). You want sufficient glucose to stop that happening. Since the muscles respond to broken protein strands in the muscles by making more (the cells themselves aren't damaged. Muscle cells don't divide) it'll usually lead to roughly nothing happening.
Yeah, I shouldn't have done that. I was kinda preoccupied at the time, but now that situation's resolved mostly so my eating habits should go back to normal. I'll make sure they will, at the least.
