I've only heard "the owner", or maybe "proprietor" yeah.

Been reading about the accounts written after divers perished from various circumstances. Live man goes down, they pull up his line and it's a corpse. Worst one is the man who on a body recovery dive got entangled in the body bag and the light wires.

SHIT!
Just went to clean my teeth only to realise I left my toothbrush in the bathroom, where my disgusting housemates (and especially that repulsive excuse for humanity I call the lodger) cavort about daily in their own filth. I'm not even sure how long it's been there, could have been a whole day since I haven't been brushing my teeth as often whilst I've been sick.

My teeth will probably rot out of my skull before I get a chance to buy a new toothbrush (they don't sell proper toothbrushes in this state). D:

Car turned sideways and slid, then stopped facing backwards while my brother was drving us and his friend home because he tried to turn a >90 degree corner withour slowing down.

We were starting to drift about halfway into the turn, him trying to step on the brakes to re-stabilize was what I'm assuming sent us sliding.

Heiterverzweiflung. Not a legit German word so much as something a friend and I made up in German class once. "Carefree despair". When life is so fucked that you can't stop laughing.

IT WAS FINE UNTIL THEY PUT SKIN ON IT

Why would you ruin a robot aesthetic with something as barbaric as skin. It's not even chrome.

If it's any consolation, I often forget to brush my teeth, and haven't been to a dentist in... what, ten years? People comment on how nice my teeth are (which is really awkward because I hate people looking at my mouth/face).
Hang on, that's not consolation, that's just me bragging. Um. Listen, your teeth will probably be fine. You can have a couple of mine if they're not.

It occurs to me that robot baby probably isn't all that difficult. How many functions does the AI need, anyway? Cry, flail, eat, vomit, poop, sleep... I think that's basically it.
