I'm trying, but it won't work. And Pickelhauben are only a couple bucks a piece - a Vietnamese friend of mine bought one because he figured out that he was the only Prussian in our social circle

Blue is good colour but blood should be red, maybe see doctor if your emotions are turning into tzeentch

I think I shall have to bite the bullet and see a doctor for a checkup once I'm back home. My body seems to be falling apart.

I just spent what felt like an hour on the can with the runs.
I don't even know just where all that food came from... all I ate yesterday was a slice of toast for breakfast, soup with a couple slices of toast for lunch, then a small bowl of chilli for dinner. (I know, not exactly the food to eat on an unquiet stomach, but if I adjusted my diet to soothe my digestion I'd end up eating nothing at all.)

Add to that a slice of toast with mashed potato this morning, and it really doesn't seem like enough to have fuelled this morning's episode.
That seemed more like how much food I'd eat in a week...
My digestion has been getting worse for a while. Then again, before that I used to do my number twos really infrequently, probably unhealthily so. I guess this is balance.

As to your question of where all the food came from, it was probably material stored in you intestines or whatever from days back, basically a backlog of processed material. On the upside, you probably won't need to go #2 for a few days afterwards. You're probably "emptied out". After I recovered from my intestinal ordeal I didn't have a bowel movement for 4 or 5 days despite regularly eating a bunch of food.

I don't think so, this has been ongoing (and getting slowly worse) on-and-off for a long time.
