Edema, liver failure, immune failure, skin rash? They're unpleasant (and potentially fatal), but surely not that horrifying?

Unless kwashiorkor and kwashiokor are different, which would be very confusing.

Poop at least doesn't ignite the NOPE part of your mind.  Sure, it activates the nope part, but unless you take poop to certain extremes you don't look away from the screen in horror.
