Don't know what you're doctor is like, but I doubt he'd harshly interrogate a person who's complaint is that they're nervous for no reason. That's like diagnosing a person who's over-hydrated to just drink more water and shake it off.

I don't even know. Like I said, I've only ever had one instance that could even be considered a check-up, and that was exclusively for my scoliosis, which was with a different doctor than the one I'm seeing tomorrow. I have no idea who this person is or what they are like, and I can't sleep right now because I an anxious about tomorrow.

I don't want to go, but I don't have a choice in the matter. I don't know what's going to happen, or if there is something wrong with me, and if so, if it's due to mental or physical circumstances. I don't want to end up on pills, I'm paranoid about having a chemical imbalance or some other mental issue. I don't think I'm in a good state of mind right now. I don't even know how to organize my rambling or even end my sentences right now.

Even if you don't find Five Nights at Freddie's to be all that scary, do NOT wander around a dark house after spending an hour or so reading the Trope page and the wiki. Or at the very least, bring a flashlight. In the back of my mind, I kept expecting something like this to show up in one of the windows or at the end of a hallway.

I'm actually really impressed at what that game managed to do to me. Nothing in the conscious mind, but sleep paralysis is 100 times more interesting now.
