Plus it doesn't actually run that well on my laptop.

I remember my dad not enjoying when he discovered a dwarf shot a camel about twenty times before it finally died.

Frothing cat seems to be doing much better.

That does remind me, though, of when I found an ant queen scuttling along the ground near me. (I was lying in the grass. It had wings and a quite large abdomen.) Figuring we had too many ants and we don't fucking need her giving birth to a few hundred more, I squished her. Well, she wasn't dead, as it turned. A tiny worker came along later and figured she was or something, so the worker clamped its jaws around a bit of intestines that got squeezed out. The queen promptly reached around and wrapped her jaws around the workers abdomen, making some sort of kinky ant wreath as neither of them refused to let go.
Well, after a few minutes another worker, larger, came along and also grabbed onto the first workers abdomen. She promptly began dragging both of them off. Climbed up a three inch tall blade of grass, and for a second they looked like a morbid holiday decoration. Before they all fell. Didn't prevent the second worker hauling them both off to god-knows-where. Corpse stockpile or something.

They're not actually a spider. They're a type of solpugid, which is still an arachnid. They're not venomous but their bite packs a hell of a kick. Plus they grind their jaws back and forth.

I've seen those guys in person. O:

They've got a bad reputation because they're big and scary and look like spiders and move crazy fast.

Thing is, they hate light and seek shade (solifugae literally means "those that flee from the sun") so when you've got a person standing in the desert casting a shadow, they'll bolt for their shadow and the person will flip out because this rodent-sized arachnid monster is chasing after them them at 16 km/h.

Little dude just wanted to bask in your shadow. :<
