Why spiders why. I don't like them[Although my friends seem to find the fact that I don't somewhat ironic]. They just seem like they shouldn't exist. An anomaly. I mean, when I look at the floor or a wall, spiders should not be there. For me, seeing a spider crawl lazily across my desk is just wrong.

So common, but I just can not relate at all.  I see a creature just like any other.

I'm not one of these people who are completely calm around spiders, I mean, they do freak me out a little.
But then, I'm sure I freak them out more than a little, too. Hell, small children terrify me a heap more than any spider.
So I forgive them when they show up in my house and ignore them until someone like my mother tries to kill them, at which point I will swallow my fear and relocate the poor, terrified spider safely outside. Don't really see any spiders here in the city, though.

A type of creature that's really scary is snakes. Euugh.
Just one step too close in an area with long grass/leaves/other hiding places and BAM! A snake shoots out like lightning, sinks its fangs into you and you die in agonizing pain before the ambulance can get there. *shudder*

Anyway, the bane of all existence in my mind is hive insects. All that demonic droning, around those unnatural-looking holes, with the fear some rogue wasp squadron or whatever is going to swing outta nowhere and sting ya, mistaking you for a bear titan?

Gives me the willies.
