Any idea what's wrong with her?

Pancreatitis and gastroenteritis, caused by chewing on rocks covered with old cooking oil. In other words, not something really unexpected for a dog, but still upsetting.

Hope she's okay, and that the worrying will be the worst part of it.

On the plus side, dog's prognosis is pretty good at this point. The vets think they'll be able to treat her with antibiotics, and we can call at any time to see how she's doing.

Unless you're planning to spam, troll, or flame constantly, it's unlikely that you'll get banned. Banning is rare here, and only reserved for special cases. Most likely you'll simply be muted multiple times a day.
