I just terrified myself. ;-;

I could recommend a way my dad taught me to unfear (or at least understand the fear of) spiders.
...Though I'm guessing that your area has serious threats (brown recluse and co. o-o) so it is justified...

On my own terror: Pulled up the plug stopper out of the bathromm sink. It was so disgusting I felt compelled to clean the bit that catches particles too big to safely go through the pipes. I will never be clean ;_;

Eww ya, sink drains are the worst. But, the satisfaction of a sink draining quickly after a good cleaning is priceless.

I usually just use a plunger to get that stuff up.

I mean the hair and guck that builds up in there and is all tangled in the drain mechanism or wrapped around the little cross-bar/grate thingy. depending on the type of sink you have.

where i live insects are not a thing

bees yes

mosquitos very little

ants are pretty much a legend reserved for slumdog apartment infestations

ladybugs, butterflies rarely, last time i've seen a wasp was two years ago and i can safely assume the rest have been locally genocided in the name of urban progress
