An Australian doesn't know an odd slang term for something quite common! Yeah, it's a leg cramp, as far as I can tell.

And in other terrified news, the wind's been pretty much gale force here for the last few days.

Speaking of nosebleeds, I had one last night.
Mainly due to accidentally headbutting someone, but still. Good times!

I don't have nosebleeds that often. The last I had was a ew months ago, and that sprang up out of nowhere. Majority of mine spring up out of nowhere, a few are from picking my nose, and I think one was from being punched in the nose.

It's a bit the same for me.
Tough my nose is kind of sensitive to.. Minor things.. So that's might be the issue.

This. I used to get nosebleeds on a regular basis when I was a child. Like, every other day at the exact same time, kind of regular. Then we moved and they stopped, so I always figured it was the climate I lived in.

Tell him that a guy on the internet tells him to suck it up, buttercup. I've been in cage fights with charlie-horses in my legs before (granted, they happened because I was kicked.)

I am becoming concerned that a combination of factors is going to lead to me having a mental problem.

1. I have family history of various psychological disorders (specifically: My mother's father (Who I look EXACTLY like) was a literal psychopath in the clinical sense, with several contributing disorders.)
2. I have a drug problem, and many drugs are capable of causing previously 'inactive' disorders to come into play.
3. I am in a state of extreme stress at this time.
4. Within the last few days, I've almost had a panic attack, and I had what was probably a minor seizure. I've never had a panic attack for any reason before.
5. Oh I'm also diagnosed with clinical depression and bipolar disorder. So. I already have some mental problems.

That said, I'm probably just paranoid.

If you're getting concerned, you should probably do something more than just chalking it up to paranoia first. Like, get a professional second opinion rather than self diagnose yourself and freak yourself out further.

Genes are inherited preferentially along exactly those lines: Grandparent of the same sex on the mother's side. It's the same with me: Once I had hurt my foot, and limped around the house - and really scared my mum, because in bad lighting conditions I apparently very much looked like her father (who also had a bad foot).

If you're getting concerned, you should probably do something more than just chalking it up to paranoia first. Like, get a professional second opinion rather than self diagnose yourself and freak yourself out further.
