Was quite worried after getting 3 calls from an unknown caller, which I couldn't get because I was in a university seminar.
It was probably an april fool prank (a pretty tasteless one if you ask me), but it made me worry that something might have happened.

Can't even think of a person who has my number and would do that.
And now I got an e-mail from "Unknown Caller" featuring a cryptic short story.
It's like the beginning of a bad horror film.

Edit: It's a riddle actually.

He could use a polaroid but the flash makes teeth emerge from his hand.
Talk about things getting out of hand...

Then you get cities like Paris where you should basically just kill yourself already.

You won’t have to think anymore: it’ll be just like having fun!

I'm afraid I'm not getting that reference.

Anyway, apparently 3 friends of mine got the same calls and the same e-email, so I'm a bit relieved (having a vivid imagination is no joke, I'm getting seriously scared by creepypastas).
Currently we are puzzeling together what little info we have, trying to figure out who did it.

I tend to associate riddles with the riddler immediately.

Plot twist: all along, it was you sending the messages to yourselves.
I can't even imagine an evil me.

Do you have a goatee? If not, imagine yourself with one.

Nono, he has a beard. Look at his avatar.

No, an evil him has a negative goatee. Everything BUT the goatee is beard, and instead the space around his mouth and chin are shaved.

I like this concept. Would fit right in in a spoof of the Evil Twin concept.

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

That's been my first thought, but how could my evil me trump genes and actually manage to grow one?
He's a formidable foe indeed.

You have just described mutton chops, a style of facial hair so badass that, if Mindmaker's evil twin truly has one, Mindmaker is doomed. His only hope now can be that his destruction is accompanied by a blistering guitar solo.

No there's another way. He must grow a bead, so large, so magnificent, that it causes even the gods to weep, so powerful that it can overpower the muttonchops. It's not a sure thing, but it's our only hope.

After which he must trade it for Manhattan.
