Dunno if it's good advice, but when my stomach's a bit wonky I tend to gravitate towards dry snacky foods, like pretzels or crackers or dry toast. Combine with non-milk-or-sugar-based drinks. Hot tea is nicest, though maybe not if you have a fever.

Agreeing with this, also plain rice (maybe a bit salted), generally not terribly hard foods, but ones that fill you up a bit.

Terrifying of the day is thinking about the upcoming summer, because if we're having 20 degree weather now, and the summers usually peak at slightly over 40, I dread to think what this one could bring, whatever it is, a single AC will not be enough :C

Plain brown rice, if it's an option. Not the white stuff. It's helped me through a few of the more recent stomach emergencies. Shame it's as annoying to cook as it is, though, and somewhat hard to find decent plain-ish stuff in restaurants, 'least in my neck of the states.

Saltine crackers are excellent for stomach-related illness. They're light, almost flavorless, cheap, and don't make much of a mess if they come back up. That, and it's easy to control exactly how much you eat.

They're also scratchy if that's what you want, or you can chew them slowly to soften. You can also tart them up if you're feeling adventurous. And you can eat them with zero prep time.
