Extended use of acetaminophen (the major ingredient in Panadol) apparently may cause kidney damage, so if you've been taking significant doses on a very frequent basis and a doctor hasn't ruled it out as something that can happen to you, I guess you should probably get it checked out. I'm not sure if this would cause the brown urine, but as somebody with zero medical training, I suppose it's possible. However, I wouldn't get too worried from an isolated occurrence; if it becomes a trend, then you should probably take it seriously. Again, not a doctor.

Also, have you been exercising in preposterous amounts? Brown urine can be caused by muscle breakdown (myoglobin getting filtered out of the blood; apparently it's a small enough protein for that to happen?). In any case, it would not be a bad idea to see a doctor if you can afford it.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Here's a nice small list of programs I use to prevent being tracked, to the extent they promise, at least:
NoScript
Peerblock
AdBlockPlus
Ghostery
Do Not Track Plus (aims for those little social media buttons primarily)
Priv3

And to be safe, I regularly use Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes to make sure they didn't sneak any other tracking items into my machine.

Not a fan of social media since they've become information harvesters nowadays.

I often wish for some kind of random monster attack to happen, out of the totally selfish and juvenile desire for death or glory absolution.  One of my most frequent styles of daydream is to pick some creature and plan out scenarios for what I would do if one burst into the room at that moment.

That sounds fun.

I'm annoyed that my brother-in-law took the laundry room door off it's hinges instead of fixing it properly.

The laundry room was the only room of notable size without any windows for zombies to get it; with access to the attic an cellar crawlspaces, and appliances heavy enough to block/fortify the doors and access to water/sewer lines

Don't tell anyone that you can see their shadows. If they hear you telling anyone, if you let them know that you know of them, they will get you.

Don't you think zombies could break down the door?

freezer is big enough to block the doorway in a pinch; at which point the weaker walls around the door would be easier to break through.

You will not be safe until you are browsing with Tor.

EDIT: Also, change your browser’s user-agent string.

Bad idea for certain things. You're untraceable, but the outcome is not that secure.
