Terror: oh shit I haven't done any of the things I was supposed to have done by today in preparation for moving later this week.
I can think up a billion excuses as to why I haven't got them done but deep down it's mostly probably kinda my fault. Also I sorta forgot just what I was supposed to be doing, apart from a couple of things that I'm just procrastinating on. At least a couple of things are delayed because I'm waiting for someone else, but... ergh.

Going to the doctor's tomorrow. The only time I've ever been to a doctor that I know of has been my trip to the scoliosis clinic at 16. I've never even had a basic check-up, to my knowledge.

I'm going so that my mom can figure out why I'm nervous all the time. I don't quite know how telling a doctor I'm nervous all the time would help. I don't even know how to explain how I feel.

I don't find it easy. Never have. I can't describe how I feel any better than 'nervous'. Verbal communication is one of my weakest abilities, and is probably even worse when I am in a nervous state.

And if I get grilled by the doctor like I was by my mom, I'm going to be screwed. She kept asking me 'nervous how?' and I could not explain at all.

I still don't see how it will help either.

Yeah, that wasn't meant to be taken as a serious answer. No offense meant or nothing, just a joke.

Don't know what you're doctor is like, but I doubt he'd harshly interrogate a person who's complaint is that they're nervous for no reason. That's like diagnosing a person who's over-hydrated to just drink more water and shake it off.
