Yeah I'd swear I've seen Chocula on store shelves outside October. Then again the stuff doesn't go bad within a year so I expect some of the stuff being sold in June could be from last year.

Count Chocula is sold all the time.  The other two are seasonal.

Terrified: Had a dizzy spell. While driving. On the highway. At 80+ mph.

Wolfeyez was gracious enough to take over as soon as we could pull over. I love that woman. Ex wife would have made me keep driving, even though I'm sure I wasn't keeping the best control of the car.
Well crap on a crouton, I didn't know you were all married-like with another forumite! Did Wolfeyez join before or after you began your life of wedded bliss?
We're not married yet, but that's only because I'm still technically trying to get divorced. The damned state just keeps dragging its feet.

Thought I'd overslept into my exam today.

Oh christ. I've never gone from sleep to full alert so fast.
That's happened to me before. On the bright side, I know I'm not due for a heart attack any time soon, because that's a stress test if there ever was one.

Kaij's wife is a forumite too actually, but I'm pretty sure both only joined after the relationship began.
Aye. She knew about Dwarf Fortress before I did, and probably visited the forums a few times, but didn't make an account until after I'd talked about her a bit here.

Ex wife would have made me keep driving, even though I'm sure I wasn't keeping the best control of the car.
Sounds like my parents-in-law. Glad you got out of that.

They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I prefer my cereal honey-coated.
Tough chocolate is also good, mixing with the milk it's in.
Tastes a little bit like a small piece of heaven.

Sometimes I worry about what would happen if I got sick or dizzy on the road. This is one of those times  :-\

I don't think I've ever eaten cereal.

Honestly, I don't understand breakfast in general. My mouth doesn't want foodstuff in it for the first few hours after waking up...

I find dry cereal to be the best office snack.  I put the box on its side and eat it straight out with a spoon while working.  Co-workers like to make fun of it, but it's the most practical thing.

Mostly because I am also like this.  Can't stomach food until I've been up for a couple hours.

Bah. Cereal powdered up with mortar and pestle is best breakfast.

Don't mistake it for crack or anything, though. That doesn't work, and getting raisin flakes stuck in your brain sucks.

What would happen if we honey-coated chocolate cereal?

I have to have food pretty much as soon as I wake up, or I'm likely to stab someone. Then again, the air in my hometown often smells like cereal.

I like Cheerios, Life, and Shredded Wheat. As a kid I always wanted Life but there wasn't an off-brand so my parents would always buy fake Cheerios and Froot Loops. You know how people say it's the same stuff in the bags as in the boxes? Probably true. But I just hate Froot Loops for what they do to my milk.

I cannot abide a soft fruity milk.
I, too, had the same situation. To this day, Froot Loops are monstrous, as are Lucky Charms. Mind you, Fruity Pebbles and its various knockoffs are magnificent, so there's probably something psychosomatic going on here.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.
