Sacrifice a chicken and smear its blood underneath your armpits.

Or you could make sure to drink more water than you would normally. That would help too. Sacrifices can never hurt though.

Drink plenty of liquids. If still exhibiting symptoms after 24-36 hours, see emergency room/doctor. If notable amount of blood comes out of any orifice, see emergency room/doctor. If blackouts occur, etc.

If it's actually food poisoning, be prepared to feel miserable for a while, whee~

But after that you should be fine. Likely still somewhat unhappy, but fine.

Once I had food poisoning.

My mom made me eat charcoal so I would throw everything up. It was really messed up.

You will probably be throwing up for around 8 hours   Do attempt to re-hydrate about it might not stay down.  You'll just have to weather it and whimper for a while.  After it's all over, RE HYDRATE SO HARD.  Your body is clearing out its entire digestive system, and won't be back at 100% for 3 days, probably.
